TERMS & CONDITIONS
All requests for an exchange must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
Items for return must be returned within 7 days to ourselves from the date the exchange has been authorised.
All requests for an exchange must be emailed to info@husnacollection.com stating the reason for the return and providing details of the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your item has been authorised, a returns address will be provided to you in which you will have to return the item to Husna within 7 days. If item(s) is/ are not returned within the 7 days period from the date the return has been authorised, an exchange will be refused.
An exchange will only be issued on the condition that the item(s) is/are unused, unwashed and in such condition that will be resalable. Any items returned in damaged condition caused by the customer will be returned back to customer and no exchange will be authorised.
Once your return has been received, it may take up to 7 working days for you exchange to be processed.
Husna will not be liable for covering the costs of returning item(s).
Any Sale/Clearance items cannot be exchanged or returned. Before you place your order please ensure you have read all the product description.

1. Customs, Taxes & Duties
All international shipments are subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes which are NOT included in the product or shipping price. These charges are set by your country’s customs authorities and must be paid by the customer once the shipment is despatched.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from our shipping provider with a link to pay your customs and duties charges.
This payment must be made promptly to ensure your parcel is released for delivery.
3. Refusal to Pay Customs Charges
If you choose not to pay these charges and your parcel is returned to us:
Shipping fees will not be refunded.
Husna Collection will not be held responsible for any parcels lost in transit while being returned. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
4. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to check and understand their country’s import regulations and fees prior to placing an order. Husna Collection cannot estimate or influence these charges.
